Rebuilding my Binding Tower | Plans Available Now

During the process of building my acoustic guitar I needed to build a lot of jigs. One of those jigs was a binding tower to cut the binding and purfling channels. You can see the build of that jig HERE. That version worked flawlessly, however I found a few things that I felt could be improved upon, so I decided to create the Mk2 version of this jig. This version turned out even better than the first. I was able to implement several changes that made it much nicer and a little more user friendly. You can watch these changes be implemented in the video below.

After making the first version, I was asked about some of the components, and 3D Printed parts that I created. I wasn’t ready to share those just yet, as I hadn’t fully tested everything. This time around, I’m confident in the design and am ready to share the design with you. I have created a file that includes all my drawings, dimensions, .stl files, and pictures, that you can use to build your own binding tower. You can check out this in my online store or by visiting THIS LINK.
