I’ve been using a guided knife sharpener for over 20 years, so I was super excited when the TSPROF Team reached out to me to test out their Blitz Sharpening System. If you haven’t heard of TSPROF, they are a Russian manufacturer of high quality knife sharpening systems. They sent me their Blitz Standard kit to try out and review for you. Here is the complete unboxing, setup and testing of the system.

I really like this system. I put it through the paces and tried several different sizes of blades. The only issue I ran into was that I kept pulling the guide rod out of the bearing that holds it in place. This was ultimately because the blade I was sharpening was larger than the limits specified in the manual. It was my fault, not the sharpeners. I got great results on all the blades I tested. The had nice edges that were very even and consistent. I can definitely recommend the TSPROF products after using this Blitz.
